We are representing a mature US-based B2B Enterprise software company. They develop an industry-leading ERP platform used by industrial businesses to run mission-critical workflows across inventory, sales, accounting, and logistics.

We are looking for a hands-on System Administrator to join a distributed infrastructure team supporting corporate IT, cloud infrastructure, production systems, and data center environments. This is a fully remote, long-term contract for someone who works independently in a Microsoft-centric environment while also supporting a broader hybrid infrastructure.

• 3-5+ years of experience in systems administration, infrastructure operations, or a similar hands-on IT role.
• Strong practical experience administering Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Professional experience supporting infrastructure hosted in Microsoft Azure.
• Proven ability to work independently and troubleshoot issues across servers, identity, networking, storage, and application connectivity in a fully remote environment.
• Fluent English, both written and verbal.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting both cloud and traditional data center/on-premises environments.
• Hands-on experience with Hyper-V, Remote Desktop Services, and/or Azure Virtual Desktop.
• Experience working with infrastructure monitoring (Nagios), security platforms (CrowdStrike/Defender), and backup/disaster recovery processes.
• Exposure to AWS and Amazon EKS.

• Administer and maintain Windows Server environments across cloud and data center infrastructure.
• Manage Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID environments, including users, groups, permissions, and authentication.
• Support Microsoft-centric infrastructure including Azure, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Remote Desktop environments, and Hyper-V.
• Monitor infrastructure health, capacity, and availability using Nagios and proactively resolve issues.
• Support endpoint and server security tooling including Microsoft Defender and CrowdStrike.
• Provide infrastructure-level support for Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, and PostgreSQL database environments.
